Our challenge with the KV3 was to ensure we delivered the high performance we expect of all of our products. We wanted the best possible result when using a handset, four body jets and an overhead shower head, or indeed any number of configurations running through one valve. To achieve this, we used the same manufacturing process in this engine as we have used in all the other engines.

What makes us different from other manufacturers is that we do not use any diverters in the main body of the valve. A diverter essentially takes the supply water coming into the valve and splits it in two, supplying half to each outlet as opposed to pushing it all through a single outlet. Instead, we use simple on/off controls and providing you bring enough water to the engine, then we are confident of delivering the right amount of water to each outlet. (All we ask is that you make sure that your water run-off is adequate to cope with the volumes we will deliver.)
